TANTU Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

​Return & Exchange Rules

  ​Timeframe: Request within 3 days of delivery.
  
• ​Valid Reasons: Size/fit issues, defects, or receiving the wrong item.
• 
  ​Mandatory: You must provide a proper unboxing video via the Request Form or email (info@thetantu.co.in).
  
• ​Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags and original packaging strictly intact.
• ​Non-returnable: Sale/discount items, customized products, and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

​Shipping Charges for Returns

• 
  ​Defective/Incorrect Items: FREE. TANTU covers all reverse shipping.
  
• 
  ​Size/Fit Issues: Customer pays the return shipping/pickup fee.
  

​Refund Process

• ​Refunds are initiated 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
• ​Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source.
• ​COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or Store Credit (minus the ₹100 COD fee and return shipping charges).
