Return & Exchange Rules
Timeframe: Request within 3 days of delivery.- Valid Reasons: Size/fit issues, defects, or receiving the wrong item.
Mandatory: You must provide a proper unboxing video via the Request Form or email (info@thetantu.co.in).- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags and original packaging strictly intact.
- Non-returnable: Sale/discount items, customized products, and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Charges for Returns
Defective/Incorrect Items: FREE. TANTU covers all reverse shipping.
Size/Fit Issues: Customer pays the return shipping/pickup fee.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or Store Credit (minus the ₹100 COD fee and return shipping charges).
